While at WDNR Todd participated on several statewide waterfowl committees, overseeing the LE Waterfowl Training Program and on the Mississippi Flyway Law Enforcement Committee. Todd and his wife enjoy all things outdoors (hiking, biking, camping and travel) and live in Sun Prairie. Todd joined the board in January of 2021 and quickly volunteered to serve as board Vice President.
