Conserving Habitat important to Waterfowl and Waterfowlers<\/h3>\n

Wisconsin is duck-breeding state, contributing large numbers of ducks and geese to the Mississippi flyway. Most ducks harvested by state waterfowlers are hatched in the state\u2014so robust programs that support brood rearing are important to state waterfowlers.<\/p>\n

Our team of ecologists restore wetlands as small as 3 acres and as large as 3,000 acres on both public and private lands.\u00a0 <\/span>Help us focus focus on the highest priority wetlands by suggesting your own or public properties <link to habitat form>>.<\/p>\n
