Creating the next generation of passionate conservationists<\/h3>\n

WWA education programs focus on the role of hunters as conservationists.\u00a0 <\/span>There is a natural hunter progression from harvester to conservationist that WWA education programs<\/p>\n

WWA\u2019s Waterfowlers Academy program helps the next generation of waterfowlers understand how to hunt ethically and effectively.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0 <\/span>Waterfowl Hunters EXPO<\/a> brings waterfowlers from across the state to celebrate of all things waterfowling from the latest gear, to seminars on science and cooking, dog training and competitions, state calling and decoy carving contests and much more.\u00a0 <\/span>A multi-day extravaganza, it\u2019s designed to be fun for the entire family while promoting.<\/p>\n

WWA\u2019s middle school science curriculum is available free-of charge to middle school teachers, and uses the lifecycle of migratory game birds to develop an appreciation of science through fun exercises, including a project to build and install a local wood duck box, then stay abreast of hatch activity through a remote\u00a0 <\/span>camera mounted on the box.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
